## Pricing
Two separate ladders. Pick a plan, then optionally add Google Ads management.
No setup fees on the plans. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and never marked up.

### Website & Search plans (each includes everything in the one before it)
- Starter: $99/month — hand-coded 5-page website, hosting, SSL, CDN, on-page SEO,
  schema markup, contact form, 2 hrs edits/month. No minimum term, live in 7 days.
- Measure: $199/month — adds a blog post written and published every week, Google Analytics
  with conversion tracking, Search Console monitoring, crawl error fixes, monthly SEO work,
  Core Web Vitals, monthly report. 3-month minimum.
- Local: $299/month — adds Google Business Profile setup and management, weekly profile
  posts, directory NAP consistency, review strategy, local keyword targeting, map pack
  tracking. 3-month minimum. Most chosen plan.

### Google Ads management (add to any plan, or buy standalone)
$750/month minimum ad spend. No setup fee. 3-month minimum. Flat fee, never a
percentage of spend. The ad account stays registered to the client.
- Search: $499/month — one Google Search campaign, keyword and negative research,
  ad copy, call and form conversion tracking. Ad budgets $750–$1,500/month.
- Google: $749/month — adds Performance Max across Maps, YouTube and Gmail, campaigns split
  by service and area, dedicated call tracking number, landing page fixes, competitor
  monitoring, monthly call. Ad budgets $1,500–$3,000/month.
- Everywhere: $999/month — adds Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram, retargeting,
  hand-coded landing pages, split testing, brand ad creative. Ad budgets
  $3,000–$6,000/month. Above $6,000 quoted, still flat fee.

Notes:
- One-Time Build: $999 once + $25/month hosting. Same 5-page site, full source code
  handoff. Monthly edits not included, extra pages $100 each.
- Ads run on any website the client already has (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify).
- E-commerce (Shopify) from $3,999 and custom software from $2,999 are quoted separately.
